Personally, I'd like to hear if T.R. Knight wants him gone. People say things in anger and frustration, even slurs. If Isaiah apologized to T.R. and T.R accepted, I think he shouldn't be fired. Reprimanded and pay cut maybe? They'd just got back from a long weekend trip and might have been bitchy? Or wait is maybe Dempsey bi? Wait is there a gay conspiracy going on? Wait, I MUST KNOW.

Then again if Isaiah has been promoting a culture of homophobia and this is just the tip of the iceberg...well, then hmm...What Will Ted C. Say?
